Can't sync Charge 2 after Apple's iOS update

I have not been able to log in any step information since I downloaded the upgrade from apple. The last time I saw my actual steps was Oct 14. Help, Help, Help!

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your iPhone. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

It is not working. The little clock that shows the time it’s taking to sync is nowhere to be found. I have not been able to track anything since Oct 7. This is VERY frustrating as I done times put in 105,000 steps a week.

Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Did you try the suggestions on the link in my previous post (the third bullet point)?
