We can't seem to get my mother's fitbit to record her sleep. This is really getting frustrating. It has worked a few times - but most of the time it says she doesn't sleep at all. It is securely in place each night about 4 fingers up from her wrist. She is 88.... so not tech savvy at all - which means this falls on me to solve.
I have my own fitbit (same version).. and don't have this problem at all. I see it securely on her wrist... doesn’t seem too tight or too loose - right before she goes to bed! In the last three weeks, I'd say it has recorded 3. nights only. 😕

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared with me, I'm sorry to know that your mother is experiencing such difficulties with her Charge 2 device. So I can better assist both of you, can you please let me know if your mother is not receiving Sleep Stages detailed graphs or she's not getting sleep records at all? Also, when was the first time this situation was experienced and how many times since then?
