Device not recording sleep

Suddenly my sleep is not appearing. It isn't showing anything at all - not that it didn't register and could not display a sleep score. It just says wear your Fitbit to bed (and yes, I did, same position on my wrist as always).

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, your device isn't recording Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? Which mobile device you're using to sync your Charge 2? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit.

Thanks, the sleep just didn’t sync for one night. I put in my time that I thought I was asleep and that seemed to jog it’s memory!
It has shown my sleep stages the last 2 nights.
