My daughters Fitbit charge 2 died won’t charge there’s faint green lights coming from the back. I’ve cleaned the terminals and purchased 2 new charging cables. Tried resetting it. Won’t reset nothing works. Is it totally dead? If so this had been a compete waste of money.
