Device not taking charge

I have been trying to get my Charge 2 to charge for days now!! It started almost a week ago. I thought maybe it was the charger because it functions perfectly. But even after buying 2 new chargers it still won’t charge. I am bummed! Can anyone help? I searched the help topics and cleaned the contacts but nothing!
