Hi I was wondering if anyone could help, I went on a bike ride and set the bike setting, the bike setting tracked my bike ride and saved into the workouts, it shows a map of the cycle and the distance as 18.03 miles but on the dashboard it hasn’t logged it in and my over all distance on my dashboard only said 6 miles how do I transfer the bike ride onto the dashboard? Thanks

This happened to me. Mine completely stopped syncing with my phone/Bluetooth. Did all the quick tips and then had to basically “forget the device” and then re-pair it with phone. Guess it’s time for a new one as this is the second time in a month this happened

Ahh no! Well I have ordered a fit bit Versa so hopefully that one lets me do it, thank you for your reply.
