It had been working fine until 2 days ago. WE have gone across several time zones lately and it always updates when I sync on my phone. But Wednesday I noticed it did not update, my phone says one time and my Charge 2 says another. I have tried Charging it, Syncying numerous times. My app even says the correct time, aggravating. I only have my phone app and don't know how to reset the time off that. Anyone can help I would appreciate it. Of course in 2 weeks we will be heading back to Eastern Time then 2 weeks after that Central and Mountain again.

Let me help with the time on your Charge 2 time and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please try changing the timezone to a different one. Save and sync then change it back and save and sync again.

I have the same problem. My galaxy 6 wouldn't change back to correct time coming back from Cancun so I tried to manually change the fit bit but there was only the time zone I was in as a choice

@Dotobird4 could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your Fitbit app. It is odd that you can't change the timezone as the option is available.
@MaryT57 you can follow the instructions on my previous post. Just click the link where it says "changing the timezone".
