Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing? Is your Charge 2 not automatically recognizing your activities with the SmartTrack feature or when you initiate the activity from the exercise shortcuts, such information isn't synced with your account? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, which activities were not recorded?
