I am having intermittent notifications from Huawei P20.

Under notification settings I am getting the notification service not running error.

I have restarted the phone.

Disabled notifications then restarted phone.

App is set to autostart.

App is up to date.

Unless the P20 and the P20Pro are the same, your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.
