My charge 3 won't sync to any of my devices via the fitbit app due to it not connecting via bluetooth. I've tried my Samsung J7 phone, my Galaxy tab 4, and my Mac and all 3 device's bluetooths cannot connect to my charge 3. I have the fitbit app on the phone and tablet and they've always sync'd fine but suddenly stopped working. I've tried rebooting the charge 3 as well as my devices including shutting off and turning on the bluetooths, removing the fitbit app and reinstalling. I've basically have tried all of the remedies suggested in the fitbit forums. Does this mean my tracker's bluetooth capabilities are no longer operating? I can't even use the tracker as a watch because the time is wrong now. This is the second fitbit that has done this, the first one was replaced and 2 years ago I upgraded to the charge 3 and love it but since this one has stopped working sadly I doubt I'll buy another fitbit.

This is exactly what is happening to me, I tried everything, the current charge 3 is 6 months old a replacement for one that did the exact same thing in June. I followed all troubleshooting listed tor the charge 3, and it mostly just made it so instead of not syncing now it won’t pair. I am at a loss, this is the 8 th Fitbit in 6 years that failed

That makes us three. I'm experiencing the exact same problem. In my case, I think it has something to do with an update. I tried to update my Charge 3 after a few months without using it through the Android app in my mobile device, but it couldn't even connect to the bluetooth. I've also tried all the troubleshooting steps, but it didn't work.
