I have two new clock faces that cannot be downloaded: L-Azimuth and U-Azimuth

Thank you for the information provided.
I just searched those clock faces in the Fitbit Gallery but couldn't find them.
I would recommend making sure the names are spelled correctly and also please verify if they are compatible with your Fitbit Charge 3. In the right side of the clock face, you'll find the list of supported Fitbit devices.

They are in the charge 4 gallery. But they show up in the charge 3 options for face with no screenshot preview. I can see them too but they cannot be installed.

I've been less than hugely impressed by fitbit. Clock faces that don't work, oxygen measurement that's almost unfindable, my wrist band broke and I had to buy more online. I bought a PACK of bands for far less than the SINGLE band that fitbit sells... you know, the band that BROKE?

I absolutely regret it as well. I have lost interest and trust/benefit of the doubt with this company.
I’m so upset, I hope they don’t last long as a business like this.

This explicitly shows you that the face does not display, or function.
I've given up on you. You don't do much, your products break, the accessories are overpriced, and now you just want to sell the next model for more money. Nope.

@TehSmoo, I would like to clarify that your screen shot didn't show up on my end.
I reported this situation to my support team which is currently investigating why those 2 clock faces are not available to install. I'll keep you informed once any update be available.
