Anyone know why my charge 3 sends notifications to my Redmi Note 9 Pro sometimes then stops for days at a time? I have gone through all the steps... I.e unpair, restart, uninstall, install, restart, pair, reboot device... and nothing works. Before I changed my phone, everything worked all the time! It is so frustrating!!

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community @shillie68.
Thanks for the information provided and for the time you spent trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Charge 3 before contacting us.
I just want to clarify, your Fitbit Tracker should be able to notify you when on your cellphone you've received calls or texts. The information is received first in your phone and then transferred to your Charge 3. Please be aware this feature doesn't work viceversa.
If you are referring to a different type of notifications sent from your Charge 3 to your cellphone please provide us with more information and let us know if you receive any error message.
I'll be waiting for your response.

This is what it says in my notification settings! I have done what it asks many times. Like I said I get notifications on my Fitbit sometimes then nothing for days. I also have a problem with Fitbit pay. The app has let me attach my bank card but when I try to use my watch to pay for good it is always rejected.

Thank you for the update and for the image @shillie68.
Our team is aware of this problem with notifications and is working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Regarding the situation with Fitbit pay, please try the following:
- Set up your Charge 3 as a replacement device:
- Change or reset your 4-digit PIN code.
- Manually sync your Charge 3. For instructions, please visit this site and open the menu "How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?".
- Make sure that you have followed these steps when adding your card to the Fitbit Wallet.
- Try once again to use your Tracker to pay.
See you around.
