Hi my fitbit charge HR is not working when i press the button. It recognized and synced in my computer with the connector but it did not record what I did the day before. It's battery power is full. I don't understand this. Help? Thank you

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're having with your Fitbit Charge HR not working when you press the button and not recording your data. Thank you for letting me know that you can sync it with your computer and its battery is full. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to help you. Thank you for your time and efforts.
