This is my second Charge 3, the first had a different display issue and was replaced. This unit is so dim that it’s useless. It failed after less than 8 months of use.
I really like the watch and have waited a few months to readdress this problem. My wife’s charge 3 works perfectly and is older than both of mine combined.
Is there a software update to correct this dim display issue ?
Help please !

I have literally had the same issue! Just found the watch itself has a settings feature... somehow it was set to "dim"
You find it by pressing on side of fitbit to wake it up and scrolling right until you reach settings. Then change the setting to normal.
You might have to do it under a decent light to see the screen!
