Sadly my Charge 3 has a very dim screen. I have had it a year, Birthday gift. It has been getting dimmer and dimmer. I thought I needed an eye test!
I have tried all the suggestions about the reboot and changing the clock face but sadly its still terminally dim.
Any futher suggestions??
I tried to go in the brightness parameters as suggested, but it went from normal, where I almost see nothing, to low, where I see nothing at all. Also tried changing clock and ressenting to no avail. As of today, my charge 3 went totally blank. I sure hope fitbit fixes this issue as there is no way I will replace this watch with another fitbit.
