I have had my Charge 2 since May 2017, which was a wedding present from my wife. This past weekend I discovered that there was, what looked like a crease, had developed. I contacted Fitbit customer support, who advised me that as this is out of warranty the best they can offer me is a 25% discount n a new model. I am appalled at the lack of understanding and customer care. These watches are not cheap, and it was a present. Has anyone else had poor experiences with Fitbit?
