Last week I fractured a wrist and now unable to wear my Fitbit on either side. Can't get it on or take it off without help, I live alone. I looked at mobile track but somehow have managed to delete it. Can anyone help. Interested in how many more steps I'm doing now that I'm not driving. Thank you.

Hi @Trish_S Sorry to hear about your wrist and I wish you a speedy recovery. I did a search of Fitbit help and found this article about Mobile Track which includes instructions on how to set it up on your account. Hope it helps.

@Tony.r - Hello and thank you for your reply. Having had a look at the link it's plainly obvious, from the products listed for compatibility, that my device is ancient and requires an upgrade to use the tracker. However, counting steps is not a good enough reason to spend money on a new phone so will wait until my wrist is healed in order to wear the Fitbit. Thanks again.
