Please try restarting your tracker:
Open the Settings app > on your device and tap About > Reboot Device.
If your tracker is unresponsive:

I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
On the app or the device? There doesnt seem to be anywhere in the app to fix that and my screen is completely black. It vibrates when I press the button and/or plug in the cable, but I cant see anything to be able to make changes on the device itself.

Please confirm that you have tried the restart steps I recommended on my previous posts. You can also try changing your tracker´s clock face.
