Hi, I am writing just to share my recent experience with my one year and two months old fitbit charge 3 that stoped working a week ago. The screen started looked glitchy and after putting on my wrist stoped working, I contacted customer service and I follow all the instruction for a possible fix but none of those instructions fix my fitbit, because my one year warranty is expired they just offer me a 25% off to a new fitbit charge 3 replacement. Now my concern is that if I get a new one I may go to the same issue in the future. I'm pretty surprise that fitbit quality is this bad.
