Disappointed with FitBit

 Very disappointed with Fitbit. After 6-7 years with FB and purchasing a number of trackers for myself and others it is sad to see what is happening now. It seems they won't even acknowledge the problems caused by firmware updates for the Charge 4 and other devices. I am certainly not going to another FB tracker now.

  I think I will wait a month or two, charge it up and see if it works. Hopefully another firmware update will fix things.

Sadly, 

Fitbit customer service has always been a joke at best, bl**dy awful at worst. In my opinion since being taken over by one of the most horrible organisations that make billions just selling data, there happily harvesting as much as they are allowed, and according to some of the press more than that.

 

So don’t be surprised. When my Charge 4 dies, I’ll be moving to a different supplier.
