 I updated the software as prompted by the app. Shortly after the screen went blank. I have tried all suggestions of forum to no avail. Finally unpaired my charge 3 uninstalled app and reinstalled it. Now i am stuck ad I need 4 digits displayed on fitbit screen to pair it. Any suggestions please? Thanks

I bought the charge 3 a year and a half ago, I wanted it because of the HR function, I'm a pacemaker user and I like to monitor my heart rate. For the third time, the Charge 3, after updating it had a dark display, the last two times after weeks of trying I managed to resuscitate it, now even by miracle and I have been trying for months! I feel it vibrate, but I can't see anything on his screen. I did all the suggested procedures NONE of them worked. I am very disappointed with this smart bracelet. This time, I had the unfortunate idea of ​​disconnecting the bracelet (unpairing) and reinstalling everything ... Now I can't pair, because I don't see the codes on the screen. **ahem** clock. Worst of all, I bought it in the USA, but I live in Brazil. I have nowhere to take you for technical assistance. Money thrown in the trash.
I have already contacted fitbit, but you do not try to help me. I do not speak english. Portuguese and Spanish only. I use the translator to make me understand.
