The face of my Fitbit now when turned on his greyed out. Does anyone know why this all the sudden happened? You know when you charge your battery the battery pops up greyed out. Well it's like that all the time now but distorted.

If it's the same problem I have, I'm hoping you get a solution. My screen started displaying white lines a couple of days ago. I found other forum threads discussing the same issues. Of the several suggestions I found:

 

Restart my tracker did nothing.

Holding the button while plugged into the charger did nothing.

Changing the clock face resolved the problem for about a day. But did not work the second time.

Same with me - went to bed Saturday night it was perfect, and Sunday morning all greyed out.  Now the battery was very low so though charging it up again would sort it but unfortunately not - still all greyed out behind the display of numbers.  It's like what happens if you drop a phone and the screen gets all the lines across it almost.  Mine is only 17 months old so not a bit happy.  Seems a lot of people having screen issues at the moment with Charge3.

Sounds like the same issue. Thanks. I have tried all those things as well
and hasn't fixed the problem.
