Charge 3 not syncing with my iPhone or my MacBook Pro. It appears to be logging information correctly but the iPhone is not showing all the data it was showing just yesterday. Only showing calories and 5 of 5 days (You did it!).
I've uninstalled on both devices numerous times. Bluetooth off and on and off and on, etc. Restarting Fitbit Charge 3 as well several times. Phone iOS 13.5. Mac Catalina 10.15.4. Moving devices away from each other. Numerous "An error occurred while syncing".
Should I just be patient and see if there is an update? Do I need to update to Premium to get all the info I was getting just yesterday? I love the Fitbit. Lost 40 pounds since using it. 15,000-20,000 steps a day.
I'm 64 years young and it makes me feel powerful! HELP! p.s. I am walking away after spending way too much time trying to figure this out. It had a blip a few days ago and I was able to get past it. Crazy.
