Seems odd that the display of your Charge 2 is not lighting as the way we designed it. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device following the next steps:

Best AnswerI followed all your instructions and still doesn’t light up and it shows on my gut but appt it fully charge any other ideas?
