My screen is black I've tried reset still not working the green lights are flashing and I do hear a buzz when I press button just nothing on screen how do I fix

My screen became black today green lights flashing have tried restart and factory reset it vibrates and makes noise but nothing not even battery charging.

Just to reset plug into charger press and hold button till the fitbit sign comes up but sadly mine didnt. Screen must be damaged so cant be fixed. So I've ordered fitbit versa 2 they gave me 25 % discount
