Hi @Miss35, and welcome to the Fitbit community!
I'm sorry you are experiencing an inconvenience with your Fitbit Charge 3. In order to fix this issue, could you please confirm if you have already tried restarting your device?
If that is not the case, I would like to suggest trying to fix it by following the steps outlined here.

For Charge 3—press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
Regards,
Rachel Gomez

Hi @Miss35, thanks for your reply,
Since the current suggestion is not working, I suggest trying to fix the issue by changing the clock face on your Charge 3. This can be done by opening the Fitbit app, tapping on your profile picture at the upper left corner, selecting your device's image, and then navigating to the "Gallery" option. From here, you should be able to change the clock face.
You can also check the process here.

I am having the exact same issues and the reset/reboot suggested is not working, nor is changing the clock face. I tried both many many times tonight thinking I was doing it wrong, until I found my way here.
