Hello @Walmak, welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure to assist you today.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me if the heart rate green lights are still flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • For Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi,
I have plugged the fit bit into the charging clip and held the button down for 4 seconds, there are a few white lights that flash across the screen and then nothing. The green lights are flashing on the back of the Fitbit.
Thanks,
Paul.

I have one LED on the back of my Charge 2 lit.  The screen vibrates and on BPM but doesn't switch to any other screen when prompted.  I''ve tried the quick reset several times but it hasn't corrected the problem.  Any ideas?
