Hi - my Charge3 display is no longer working. Have already tried to plug and reset, but no luck.... Can you help?

The same thing is happening to me. I’ve tried to reset and change the clock face but nothing seems to be working. I can feel it vibrating but there’s no display.

I thought it was because I hadn’t updated it, but I’ve tried to upload the upgrade and no different. So odd that 4 of us at least have had a blank screen from yesterday into today!!

Same for me - working fine then just stopped this afternoon. Tried to do reset didn't work. Phone can't sync with it either, says device not found

I am having similar problem. I noticed yesterday that I could not swipe the screen to see other features. When I opened my app it said there was an update, so I started the update, and it didn't finish. My screen is black with a white line partially across the screen. I've tried restarting it and get nothing. I disconnected the blue tooth and now it won't reconnect. I've only had this for 4 months.

Yup, same here. I've tried to reset, change the clock face but nothing works. I know it's working because I can feel it vibrate but the display just won't come up.

Randomly mine has started working again 10 mins ago!! Very odd!
