Display on band not working

Anyone know how to fix this issue? My display won’t show on the band but yet it’s still tracking my steps when I open the app

I'm having the same issue. Last night I looked at my display and it was just a mish mash of lines. I tried resetting it but then the screen went blank and has remained so ever since. My steps and heartrate are still being tracked though. This seems to be a regular problem on the charge 3 and someone said they had success with letting the battery drain completely and then doing a hard reset once recharged.
