My Fitbit Charge 2 heart rate number is completely missing. I’ve followed all the reset and instructions but still not working. Just talked with customer support and got disconnected and he never called back even though I gave him the number. Disgusted with this product.

Hi @JnJ2  can you tell us which phone and platform you're using? Be sure that your Charge 2 firmware is up to date and your app for your phone. Missing? In the new dashboard, the heart rate shows below challenges, unless you've edited the layout. Could that be it? Let us know.
