Display on my Charge 3

The time on my Fitbit charge 3 all of a sudden today is cut off at top.  I can still read the time but the number is slightly cut off at top of display.  Has anyone had this happen on your charge 3?

 This just happened to mine. The other morning I. Can't see part of the screen

I decided to change the face and it didn't help.  I changed back to my original face and now it cuts off the bottom numbers of the time instead of the top now,

My entire display disappeared a couple weeks ago.  I contacted customer service and I was told ‘it’s a software thing’ and they are trying to figure out an update.  I asked if there was a time frame in mind because...obviously no display no using my Charge as a watch or heart rate etc etc right?  I was told there is no ‘time frame’.

 

I plan to get in touch with them again next week and at some point it will be a question of my Charge is less than 18 months old and Fitbit needs to fix this issue or make it right for those of us affected by this issue.  This is the first time I have ever experienced such a waffly response from Fitbit customer service and can’t say that I appreciated it much...

I have had no display on my Charge 3 for 2 days. It is still tracking everything, which is better than nothing. I use it for time and weather so I don't have to keep my phone near me, so it's been really annoying! I sent a DM and still haven't received a response. Ugh 😒

Did you ever get this fixed? My Charge 3 is  also cutting off the tops and bottoms of all numbers or figures on the screen. Almost like it's getting lines on the screen.

They had me try to ‘reboot’ a bunch of times and finally sent me a new one.

Yes I was sent a new one bc it was still on warranty

Hi, i thought it was because i got water on the back from washing my hands? My display doesnt work fully, it still keeps track tho?

The charge 3 is supposed to be water resistant. If you didn't go diving
with it, I doubt that was the cause.

It seems to be a fitbit problem... we had a versa too and it happened to that one too. They replaced both watch faces but it is annoying to have the issue...
