My Charge 3 is not keeping up with my walking exercise. I have been using map my walk and it will show I have walked 2.16 miles. My Fitbit says 1.51. I have reset and still doesn't work right.  What do I need to do now.

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which phone are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation? Are you comparing the Charge 3 distance information with another app or just with MapMyWalk? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?
