Hello,
Recently my charge 2 is adding maybe .10 to .15 per mile onto my runs. I noticed maybe two weeks ago around the time of the software release. I updated the software and it continued. Then I restarted the tracker, logged out of the app and cleared its data and restarted my phone like the forums suggested and logged back in and it's still doing it. What should i do? I checked it against another run app to make sure and it is definitely off but if its using my phones gps shouldn't it be pulling the same data?

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. Let me share with you that your Fitbit devices uses the connected GPS feature to connect with your mobile device and route your exercise, therefore, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, you experience such discrepancies only with the Run activity or with all the GPS-tracked activities?

Your reply and update are appreciated @Couru.a.j, sorry for the delay in responding.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. So we can move forward with this, can you please try with other GPS activity? This way, we will be able to determine if situation is affecting an specific activity. Also, please keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy S10e is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain difficulties with it. That said, can you please try the same activity with a compatible device instead?
