My step cubby seems to be accurate.  But when I track my hike..... It will depict on the map where I have been.... But the distance is always at least double... So it is WAAAAAAY OFF.  My stride is accurate.

How do I fix this?. I need detailed instructions.  I have searched and can NOT find any help

Step COUNT is accurate.... Not "cubby"

Might help if you explain what a "cubby" is.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
