My Charge3 went black this morning and I plugged it in to charge. It is not showing it is charging and all it does is vibrate if I push the button. I’ve tried holding the button in 15 seconds on charger and take off & put back on charger. This did not work. It will not sink to my phone to let me try changing the clock face as others also suggested. Any suggestions? My Fitbit is only a year old. Jelechner@aol.com

This same thing just happened. Just over 6 months old. Tried all the same troubleshooting.
What are my options?

Same for me too! Took off to take a shower and put on charger, went to put back on and no screen. Check to see if update uploaded and it says it is up to date. Looking for more info. My phone app is still showing steps and heartbeat.

Ok, I just put my charge 3 back on the charger and held the left button for 15 seconds and it loaded up and showed a smiley face, flashed and now it is working. Try your again!

I charged my Fitbit before leaving for a long hike. My daughter and so are part of a challenge to walk or hike 100 miles in August. My fitbit vibrates about halfway through and died. I have tried everything to get it to turn on. It won’t. Red light only on the back. My phone won’t recognize it either.
