Distance tracked by the Charge 3 hasn't been syncing

Dashboard reports steps up to date, but distance has not been posted for over 2 weeks.

Thank you for the detailed information. At this time, I'd recommend making sure that your Charge 3 is properly syncing. If not, please try these troubleshooting steps here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

In addition, I recommend removing the distance tile from the Fitbit App by doing the following steps: 

 

  • On the Today tab, tap Edit.
  • Tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove. If you would like to add it back, swipe down and find the stat you want to add > tap Add.
  • Tap Done.

If that doesn't help, please log out and back into the Fitbit App or force quit restart the Fitbit App. Note that this process can vary depending on the model of your mobile device.
