Does anyone know if Fitbit plans to offer credit/trade-in for upgrades? The devices are too expensive to keep buying a new one every time a newer version comes out.

Hi @MissyG099  it's probably not going to happen as these devices don't get repaired, but they get replaced. You don't have to buy the newer version when it comes out. I had the Alta HR and it was replaced by the Inspire HR and the Inspire 2 before I got the new Luxe. You just get what's best for you. My cell phone is older, but it works with my Fitbit, so why buy the new one ? Honestly I don't see this happening anytime soon with a credit or trade-in program.
