Does not hold charge

As of Saturday my Charge 2 does not hold its charge for much longer than 12 hours. All day sync is turned off, I've never had it on and have tried toggling the setting on then back off. I don't use the breathing feature, and I don't receive an abundance of calls or texts.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+.

I've tried resetting the device several times and I've taken not that of it registers as fully charged before I reset it, the charge drops to 80 ~ 85% without fail.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but for a product that I've had for less than 1.5 years, this isn't encouraging for repeat business.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I'm having the same problem for the last week or so and I was wondering if it was related to the latest IOS update on my IPhone until I spoke with a coworker this morning who has a samsung and is also having a battery issue.  I charge it overnight and I get a low battery warning within 24 hours. I've also tried a restart several times.

I'm actually starting to suspect that even though I've got the all day sync turned off in the app that it may be syncing anyway as when I open the app it seems to be recently updated, but with all the troubleshooting I've been doing I can't be 100% sure at this point.

They've requested doing some testing.

I'll post again when that's done

I believe I have my all day sync turned on but I haven't changed any
settings since I got the thing so I can't believe the syncing just all of a
sudden started draining the batter.

Please check other posts on this. There is a major problem with the battery in the Charge 2 that Fitbit refuses to acknowledge. The only advice you will get is to clean the charge points and when that doesn’t work you will be offered a reduction to buy another presumably short-life product. Fitbit don’t do customer service!
