Quick question. Having syncing problem. Everything looks to be working. Do Dongle's break? Computer keeps saying Dongle disconnected.Tried all USB ports no help there. Wanna know before I order a new one.

I dont know if they do or not. I have had mine Plugged in for 4 years with no problem.

@nineman1 have you tried turning off the computer? Sometimes the USB hardware locks up and a complete shutdown is needed.
