Hi,
I wake up at 5am (I look at my clock) but lie in bed still for an hour till 6am thinking about the day, etc, so as not to wake my wife.
At 6am I get up and look at my sleep log and part of it shows 1h 20m of deep sleep and that the last hour between 5am and 6am is all light sleep. Since I know I was awake from 5am to 6 am I edit the sleep log and delete the last hour. That last hour was all logged as “light sleep” but then my deep sleep changes from 1h 20 to 41 minutes even though I deleted no deep sleep. This has happened several times. Why does this happen?
