I was having issues with the fitbit app for my charge 2 so uninstalled it turned off phone and restarted and reinstalled. It said a verification email had been sent to the address linked to the fitbit but nothing has come through so I can't complete the process. I have tried from both my phone and the actual computer to do this and the same thing has happened. Any advice would be great as it's not recording my data and if it is I can't actually see it!

Are you logging in with the correct email?
Let's go to your settings to see the correct email address.
It sounds as if you are trying to create a new Fitbit account instead of logging into your account.
If you are simply logging into your email account. No verification needed.
