I've recently had to sync my Charge 2 with a new phone (Moto E5)
Since then I am only getting basic sleep logs and all my sleep timings are crazy long!

Open the Fitbit app, bring up the sleep record in question. Under the graph their should be a message about why your not seeing sleep stages.

@Rich_LaueThere is no information there, just the usual 'We couldn't generate sleep stages for this sleep. Please try again tomorrow.' - had that 6 days in a row, then last night it worked fine again.
I reset my charge 2 (plugged it into charger and held the button) and this morning it the both the sleep stages and sleep time have recorded normally. I'll put it down to an unusual bug.
