Hi I have had the same problem with my charge 3. Was using it, the screen stuck on a text message and couldn’t do anything I let the battery die hoping it would work when charged but nothing now complete blank screen but is still able to track steps heart rate etc. I have tried the holding down for 15 seconds while on charge etc nothing is working don’t even get the battery come up or a face. Is there any other ways to restart the watch? Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Karlajayne.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue with your device. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Since you've tried already to do a restart and a long restart, I recommend trying to change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Hope this gets you back on track.
