Error Codes 4 Charge HR

Error0x000D - Error0x0005 - Error0x0035 - Error0x003D. = V128

 

Looking on line for sync help and advice. 

Brought Fitbit from Argos used it, got bored of it and gave it my dad. He brought a new one and gave me this one back. 

I have tried syncing on my Apple Iphone but wouldn't sync. So deleted my old account and tried to set up again as a new device.

I select Charge Hr - Press set up - Agree with the T&C - Press Next - and follow the advice to hold the button for 3 Seconds. This does nothing but start the stop watch setting on my fitbit. Frustrating...

 

I've tried this on my Iphone, My Tabet and my Windows10 PC but none of these worked. 

 

Followed the Reset advice: Place fitbit on charge and hold the button in for 12 seconds -  Just get a screen that says V128.

Retried the process to sync but still when I hold the button for 3 Seconds and my stopwatch starts up again. 

 

Followed the Factory rest advice: Placed the fitbit on charge - Held the button for 2 seconds and disconnected the fitbit - Held button for a further 10 seconds - until you see a white screan - Then it Vibrates - and gives me these error codes each time I've tried it. Error0x000D - Error0x0005 - Error0x0035 - Error0x003D.

Time does NOT go back to 00:00. Does say erased and then turns off. I have tried holding the button to turn back on like the website suggests but no change. Tried it by re connecting the charger to wake the fitbit up but still no change Fitbit will NOT sync. 

 

Please Advise.... I haven't contacted the customer support team. I'm UK and haven't found a number to use but directed to this forum.
