I have a Fitbit charge 2 which is supposedly never been used. It charges up but all that happens is across the screen it just keeps saying Fitbit.com/setup. It just keeps going across the screen. But it counts my steps when I go into the app they are there. Any ideas as to how I can get the screen to work.

Have you checked if you can update your Charge 2 too?

be honest with the man, tell him the truth. His charge 2 is now obsolete. The app is not supporting it anymore. Why you got to put him in a situation that after installing, the real problem starts.
