Fitbit app not logging exercise

I have a charge 3. I track my exercise by selecting workout, pressing the button etc. Once I've finished, the workout does not appear on the app after I refresh it. This started after my charge froze when charging. I have done a forced reset of the charge, I've reinstalled app and updated it. It's not working.

Same here - help text just told me there's an issue and they are working on it.  😕

There are other threads about this and it seems to be a fault with the App. Some people have just yesterday regained accurate recording, others have not, but I couldn't access the thread today. I have a Charge 2 but others are sure it is not the device but the app that is faulty, and Fitbit have told some that all will be sorted on 26 September. Let's see.

I have been having this problem for about three weeks. I was able to manually add my workouts to the app, but today even these are not saving. I noticed that another user stated issue is known and Fitbit is working on - was supposed to be fixed by the 26th, but seems only to be getting worse? I've tried rebooting, turning off and on bluetooth and resetting my Charge 2 but nothing is working.

Some of my workouts are showing, eg,, walking, treadmill but my weights are not showing and nothing I do seems to fix it 🫣

I am also having same problem!!! Please fix. Sadly we had an app problem for so long, then fixed, to only have another problem a few months later! 😩
