My charge 2 suddenly started displaying what I thought was the low battery warning

i came home and connected the charger, but display did not change after a hour or more

i synced with my iPhone and it shower the battery as 90%charged, but display stays as low battery warning. I tried resetting, Fitbit vibrates but returns to low battery display
