I had to restore my iphone 7 and the Fitbit app didn’t grab all the information once the phone started. I ended up adding the charge HR and have lost everything from this year. Is there a way to get it back?

Make sure you are using the same account/email.  If so, the only data lost should be since the time you successfully completed a sync.

 

Take a look at the data on the fitbit.com dashboard.  That usually accurately reflects the data from the fitbit database, while the display on the phone can be flaky.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Let's check your history on your profile. Then let's go to your settings. At the top you will see your registered email. 

Now log out of your Fitbit app and log into your Fitbit account using this email.
