My exercise menu, which has been fine until today, now shows the first three items as normal, followed by Pilates three times! I don’t do Pilates, and never added it to the exercise menu. I tried rearranging the exercise options to see if that would trigger a reboot, but it didn’t work. Any advice gratefully received. Thank you,

Are you sure you are seeing that on Charge 2?  It is known to  be an issue on Charge 3 and Inspire (HR) but I wasn't aware of it happening on Charge 2.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi. It is a Charge 3, but the Forum topics only had links for Charge and Charge 2, so I chose the closest. Or maybe I didn’t look carefully enough.

After searching for about 45 minutes and trying whatever I could find in the help topics, I found a thread that told me how to reboot the Charge 3. Tried that, and it worked. Next time I’ll try that first.

Is there a known cause for this problem on the charge 3? So I can avoid the problem happening again in future.
