Exercise tracking is a jittery mess, no real resemblance to actual walk. iPhone Xr with IOS 13.4

@tom.sheedy Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your GPS data. Based on your post I guess you are talking about the GPS map. If this is the case and since the data isn't correct then I suggest you clear the connection between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
